How Amby Pricing Works

Amby works inside your company, not from the outside. Our pricing follows the same logic.

You pay for embedded support scoped to what you actually need, whether that's recruitment, a defined set of hires, or wider People work. The shape of each engagement is different. The principle behind the cost is the same. Predictable, flexible, and built to match your goals.

Three ways to work with us

Embedded recruitment for ongoing hiring. Project recruitment for a defined push. HR-as-a-Service when the challenge goes past hiring. Same pricing logic across all three.

Embedded recruitment

A subscription-based model for teams hiring continuously. You pay a flat monthly rate for a dedicated recruiter (or a team) to work inside your organization, in your tools, your meetings, and your processes. Not from the outside looking in.

What's included. Embedded recruitment capacity from day one. Depending on scope, that can cover the entire recruitment process from A-Z (i.e., search strategy, candidate screening, hiring manager guidance, pipeline reporting, and process documentation) or just a specific part of the process on a retainer (i.e., sourcing or candidate evaluation).

Pricing. A fixed monthly fee. No commission, no per-hire placement fees, and no hidden costs.

Flexibility. Contracts flex month-to-month within the engagement period depending on the resource allocation you need. Some months you need 100% engagement, other you might only need 30%. You decide how you scale the capacity of your recruitment team up or down as your hiring plan changes.

When it fits. This model tends to work best when a few things are true.

  • You have multiple roles (5+) to fill and need consistent capacity

  • You want cost predictability instead of agency fees that vary per hire

  • You need support that can ramp up quickly and wind down when hiring slows

  • You want your recruiter to actually know your company, not just the job description

Project recruitment

For a defined hiring push with a clear start and end. A specific role, or a small team you need to build in one quarter. You get the same embedded recruiter model, scoped to the project rather than running indefinitely.

What's included. A dedicated recruiter (or team) embedded for the length of the project, covering the same work as an ongoing engagement. Search strategy, screening, hiring manager guidance, and reporting, focused on a defined set of roles.

Pricing. A fixed project fee for a defined scope and timeline, or a percentage of the first year salary. Either way, you know the cost of the whole sprint before it starts.

When it fits. Project recruitment tends to work best when the hiring is bounded.

  • You have a 1-5 of roles to fill, not a permanent need

  • You want a fixed, known cost for the entire push

  • You need capacity here and now, and don't want to continue the collaboration once the roles are filled

HR-as-a-Service

When the challenge goes past hiring capacity (onboarding, org design, compensation structure, or interim People leadership), Amby extends the engagement into a fractional HR function that works inside your company.

What's included. Embedded HR and People support scoped to what you actually need. That can mean building onboarding, designing org structure and comp, writing policy, or stepping in as interim People leadership while you scale.

Pricing. A fixed monthly retainer for fractional HR support. We scope the capacity based on your support and budget, and you can change this as you grow or your HR needs change.

When it fits. Most companies benefit from structured HR support earlier than they think.

  • You're scaling faster than your People processes can keep up

  • You need HR capacity to fill a temporary position due to leave (i.e., sick leave, parental leave, etc.)

  • You need senior HR judgment but not yet a full-time People lead

  • You want recruiting and HR handled by one embedded partner, not two vendors

Recent outcomes
  • Easee. 40 engineers hired through an embedded model.

  • Fremtind. 28 hires in seven months, 39-day average time-to-hire.

  • Hafslund. 140+ hires supported during a growth phase.

  • Lovable. 43 hires in under six months.

  • ECOnnect Energy. Key HRBP role, increased employee engagement, and strengthened culture and mindset.

Predictable cost isn't a feature Amby bolted on. It's how the model is built.
