Andreas is a Recruitment Consultant at Amby, with a Master's in Organization and Management from UiT – The Arctic University of Norway and a double bachelor's in HR and Organizational Psychology from Kristiania. He runs both strategic and operational recruitment across enterprises, scale-ups, and early-stage startups, with clients including Aize and Bendford tech. Andreas is also Amby's subject-matter expert on AI in HR — testing tools, building workflows, applications, and agents, and running talks and workshops on using AI responsibly and effectively.
