Ida is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Amby with a Master's in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI and a Bachelor's in Psychology from NTNU. She manages end-to-end recruitment for clients ranging from tech startups and scaleups to larger organizations, partnering with hiring managers and senior consultants to define role needs and priorities. Her work encompasses sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, drafting job ads and role descriptions, and fostering positive candidate journeys and employer branding. Since beginning her role part-time in February 2026 with Uno-X, Ida transitioned to full-time in July and is currently supporting recruitment initiatives for clients including Spenn and 360 Logistics. Grounded in organizational psychology, she brings a human-centered approach to talent acquisition and organizational fit.
