Sander is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Amby, with a Master's in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's in Psychology from NTNU. He runs both strategic and operational recruiting across scale-ups and start-ups, with clients including Six Robotics, a defence tech company building autonomous drone swarms, and the healthtech company Dignio. At Six Robotics he has supported the company's growth from 40 to over 100 employees, mainly on the engineering side. Sander works closely with hiring managers and founders, advising on how to win hard-to-fill technical roles while keeping the long-term growth strategy in view. He also works on Amby's use of AI in recruiting, building tools and workflows for research, screening and candidate documentation.
