Sara is a Recruitment Lead at Amby who leads end-to-end recruitment projects — from planning, KPI setting, and sourcing strategy to candidate assessment, offer negotiations, and building recruitment infrastructure. She holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, with an exchange at City University of Hong Kong. Since 2021 she has delivered hiring and acted as a strategic advisor for clients including Aidn and Zaptec, managing pipelines, training hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
