Vetle is Amby's HRaaS Director, an HR and organizational-development leader with more than a decade of consulting experience. He holds a Master's and Bachelor's in Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Oslo. He builds and leads HR functions for clients including Schibsted, NAV, PWC, and the Norwegian Driving School Association — designing HR operating models, implementing HR technology, running advanced people analytics, and delivering leadership development. His previous experience as CEO & Partner of Communiq & Ebber and Business Manager at Rambøll Management Consulting, gave his experience leading HR consulting units with full P&L responsibility. Vetle combines strategic HR advisory with hands-on delivery, helping organizations establish scalable, data-driven people functions and market-leading practices.
