Helle is a Partner and Principal Delivery Lead at Amby. Since 2016 she has helped grow Amby from a four-person company to 100+, serving as a global partner and as Country Manager for Amby Norway. She holds a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor's in Organizational Psychology from the University of Oslo. A trusted advisor to clients such as Telenor, Vipps, Attensi, and Whereby, she leads A-to-Z hiring for hard-to-fill and senior roles — from software engineers and designers to Head of Security, Privacy Lead, and CMO — and advises on recruitment operations, hiring plans, and salary structures.
