The Challenge
Noteless had been operating for over a year when their hiring needs suddenly accelerated. The team had already made several successful hires through a mix of personal networks, job ads, and internal recruitment processes. This approach worked well in the early stages. But as the company grew and hiring became more frequent and strategic, the need for a more structured, scalable recruitment setup became clear.
Noteless needed to move from hiring for a single role to filling multiple positions at once, including a highly technical Tech Lead. As a young, product-focused AI startup, the team faced an intense workload building and developing the platform. The Solution
Amby initially started working with Noteless on a project basis, but due to strong delivery and Noteless’ increasing needs, Amby quickly transitioned into an embedded setup shortly after hiring the Tech Lead.
