Camilla is a Senior Delivery Lead at Amby whose experience spans talent acquisition, recruitment infrastructure, HR, and operations. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor in Marketing Management (HR), both from BI Norwegian Business School. Working directly with leadership teams from strategy to execution, she has led product, tech, commercial, and C-level hiring for clients such as reMarkable, Kahoot!, Aidn, Grunt, Dignio, Sensio, and ECOnnect Energy. At Amby, Camilla has been central to building the internal LMS, upskilling consultants on strategic talent management, and contributing to strategic HR and AI initiatives.
