Johanne is a Recruitment Specialist at Amby, and holds an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oslo. Before joining Amby in 2021, she worked as a Sesjonsoffiser for the Norwegian Armed Forces, handling selection and recruitment across the Østland region — spanning both military conscription and civilian hiring for the Forces' schools and open positions. At Amby, she has worked as an embedded Recruitment Advisor and Recruitment Manager for clients including Telenor and Bulk Infrastructure Group, supporting hiring managers across large, complex organizations.
