She holds a BSc in Organizational Psychology, Leadership and HR from Kristiania and is completing an MSc in HRM at Copenhagen Business School. Her recruitment experience spans established companies and growth-stage tech firms — including Avo Consulting, Volve, and Fremtind — covering end-to-end search and screening. Before Amby, Malin worked at Rambøll Management Consulting, she worked in stakeholder intelligence focusing on surveys, analysis, and reporting.
