Tor is Founder and CEO of Amby. He holds a BSc in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School, and since founding the company in 2012, has grown it into one of the Nordics' leading embedded recruitment firms — filling over 5,000 roles for more than 300 clients, including Kahoot!, Superside, and reMarkable. In 2019, he co-founded and chairs Kvant, an executive search firm, and co-founded and serves as CEO of Skeil, a venture studio focused on HR-tech and professional services in the Nordics. Most recently, in 2026, he co-founded Frank, a Legal-as-a-Service company within the Skeil portfolio. Across his ventures, Tor has built a track record of founding and scaling companies at the intersection of talent, HR-tech, and professional services, with particular strength in growth strategy, go-to-market planning, and commercial leadership.
