Vilde is a Consultant at Amby, working with Talent Acquisition and Internal Operations. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor's in Social Work from HiOA. Internally at Amby, her focus areas include employee engagement, retention, and performance management. On client projects, her recent experience includes supporting clients with strategic and operational recruitment, as well as HRIS support and strengthening organizational culture.
