The Early Stages of the Hiring Process

Bakken & Bæck is a global agency with experience in product, design, consulting - and more recently, growth. As their distributed team continues to grow across Europe, the Bakken & Bæck team needed help filling niche roles with intricate skillsets, as well as building lasting recruitment strategies that streamline the recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.

Bakken & Bæck turned to Amby to take full ownership of its recruitment process in order for the Head of People Operations to have more time for core responsibilities. Given the unique nature of Bakken & Bæck’s work and the distributed nature of its team, the people team needed a strategic partner who really understood its objectives, culture, domain, and market in order to deliver with both speed and quality. Acting as Bakken & Bæck’s strategic partner, we handled the recruitment process from A-Z across its tech, design, and people team. Since the internal talent team only consisted of a Head of People Operations, it was especially important for them to bring on a Talent Acquisition Partner and a People Operations Coordinators, so that the internal talent function could be set up for success.
